Flexible Hours – Fully in office:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday : 8:00AM-4:30PM

Tuesday, Thursday: 10:00AM-7:00PM

Competitive Pay – 16 an hour

A day in the role…

·      Sit at the front desk when the patient walks in, checking them in and out.

·      Patient registration, scheduling follow up appointments, check in, check out.

·      Answer all phone calls as they come in, helping patients with whatever they may need.

·      Call insurance companies to obtain authorizations and going on payer websites to verify patients' insurance and coverages.

Necessary Skills and Strengths:

 Patient Registration | Answering Phones | Insurance Knowledge

Core Experience:

·      6 Months in Patient Registration
