The Local Market Partners/Hotel, Restaurant and Café Channels (LMP/HORECA) Leader will report into the Route to Market/Local Market Partners (RTM/LMP) Sr. Leader. This role is responsible to lead the team made up of the Cold Drink Equipment/Immediate Consumption (CDE/IC) Director, Sr. LMP/CDE Analyst, Sr. Manager CDE, Sr. Commercial Manager Alternative Routes to Market (ARTM)/LMP and Sr. Commercial Manager, LMP. This person will be responsible for the strategy and execution of CDE market plans in both retail and Foodservice and On-Premise (FSOP). It is also responsible to ensure topline revenue growth and margin expansion through the LMP programs and ARTM programs that support NAOU's FSOP business.


Position Responsibilities:



  • Works directly with bottlers and franchise leads in an action-oriented manner, to create, develop and deploy LMP and HORECA plans, targeted to expand our IC footprint

  • Collaborates with system to develop long term execution capability expansion, sufficient investment in equipment and sales capability to achieve execution objectives within LMP and HORECA business

  • Sets direction on necessary routines to ensure goals and objectives are being met across the NAOU markets

  • Manages multiple projects with Franchise and Bottling partners that are highly organized and structured to add positive ROI to the system

  • Collaborate with NAOU Bottler(s), cross functional colleagues (Channel Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Freestyle, Settlement, Customer Care, IT, Digital teams, CCBSS, Category Insights, Coke NA, etc.) and Suppliers to deliver high quality solutions and project outputs

  • Develops talent and empowers team to pivot with the shifting business

Experience & Background:



  • Bachelors degree

  • 10 years of leadership experience Commercial / Commercial Ops / Finance / Strategy / RTM or applicable fields

  • Ability to drive cross-functional support and cross-system alignment, not least leading and smoothly running alignment and collaboration to ensure that OU RTM strategies are fully owned by GMs and the system across the OU

  • Demonstrates solid and influential experience with bottler/franchise system

  • Solid understanding of System business fundamentals and drivers of growth/value across a broad range of markets and business dimensions, advanced commercial finance skills
