$19.10/hour
3 days a week (Mon, Tue, Wed and Tue, Wed, Fri - 8am to 4pm)
 

RHD- Montgomery County Residential is looking for an experienced, detail oriented and highly organized fiscal/office administrator who is motivated to work within residential program serving adult with mental health challenges. The fiscal/office administrator will work with the Director of Operations to ensure that all systems are properly designed, adjusted, and maintained to fit the current and changing needs of the unit. A commitment to the RHD values should be demonstrated as job duties are performed.

Responsibilities/Duties
Providing fiscal/office administrative support. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Assisting in keeping track of finances for the program
  • Assisting AP through electronic check request system in a timely fashion; researches and resolves issues regarding bill payments.
  • Maintains staff files, assuring compliance with licensing requirements; conducts audit and reports discrepancies to director of operations.
  • Support the hiring process through completing paperwork, orientation, and training new staff. 
  • Assist director of operations with maintenance tracking, inspections, census, rent, staff relations and day to day operations
  • Filing paperwork and upkeep of program files
  • Perform other clerical and administrative duties as needed.
  • Other job-related duties as assigned.
Required Experience and Education
  •  Two years of fiscal/admin experience 
  •  High School Diploma or GED 
Required Qualification
  • Proficient in the latest version of Microsoft Office & Windows 
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects
  • Valid Driver's License is required
  • Subject to employment screenings, including PA State Criminal History & FBI clearance, if applicable.
Program Summary
The Montgomery County Residential Program provides residential behavioral health services to individuals in the Montgomery County area.  The programs are located in Norristown, Bryn Mawr and Conshohocken.
