Well established Property Management company looking for a full time, year-round experienced Property Manager to join our team. We are looking for a candidate who has on-site maintenance skills which include some or all of the following:
- General handyman
- Knowledge or certifications in: HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Landscaping, AV, and general construction.
Candidate must have a clean driving record and valid Colorado driver s license.

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet client and employer standards
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with clients
Skills
- Proven work experience as property manager
- Competent in general maintenance, plumbing, electrical and HVAC
- Self motivated
- Responsive
- Organized
- Detail oriented
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Computer and people skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
