Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a passion for hospitality, possessing the ability to inspire and drive the hotel team towards achieving outstanding guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Oversee the entire hotel operation, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and marketing to ensure seamless operations.Financial Management: Develop and implement budgets and financial strategies. Monitor performance against budgets, making adjustments as necessary to ensure profitability.Team Management: Recruit, train, and motivate hotel staff. Foster a collaborative work environment focused on staff development and job satisfaction.Customer Satisfaction: Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and addressing any issues promptly and professionally.Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with all brand standards, hotel policies, and local, state, and federal laws and regulations.Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that drive occupancy rates and revenue.Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance throughout the hotel.Community Engagement: Act as the hotel s representative in the local community, participating in local events and building relationships with local businesses and organizations. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.At least 2 years of experience in hotel management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests, staff, and community members.Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Deep understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service and operational excellence.Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
