Primary Operational Duties:

• Sanitization and Preparation: Uphold cleanliness in treatment areas by sterilizing instruments, preparing for procedures, and maintaining an orderly workspace.
• Patient Comfort: Foster a relaxed atmosphere by explaining procedures, providing reassurance, and ensuring patient comfort throughout their dental appointments.
• Documentation: Maintain precise records of patient details, treatment plans, and procedures. Assist with administrative duties to streamline office operations.
• Radiography Assistance: Aid in capturing dental X-rays, prioritizing patient safety, and maintaining X-ray equipment effectively.
• Team Collaboration: Foster close collaboration with the dental team, including dentists, hygienists, and administrative personnel, to cultivate a harmonious work environment.
• Patient Education: Deliver fundamental oral hygiene guidance and post-treatment care instructions to patients. Assist the dental team in educating patients on the importance of maintaining optimal oral health.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Preferably certified as a Dental Assistant or possess relevant experience.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
