Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator

We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator to collaborate with our team to improve our patient s dental health and smiles in our State-Of-The-Art practice.

Schedule: Our ideal candidate will be available to work 4 days per week. Shifts fall within the hours listed below (32-40 hours per week), with NO WEEKENDS!
Monday: 7a - 6p
Tuesday: 7a - 6p
Wednesday: 7a - 6p
Thursday: 7a - 6p
Friday: as needed
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed
Responsibilities
The Front Office Coordinator should:
- Manage patient check in/check out process.
- Build and maintain a consistent and productive patient schedule.
Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
Manage accuracy of patient documents and records.
Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
- Great patient engagement utilizing office platforms
- Be passionate about fostering great patient relationships
- Have a positive and cheerful disposition
- Great at follow-up and keeping commitments
- Be consistent with meeting or exceeding standard operating procedures
Qualifications
- 1 year of prior experience working in dentistry or related field is preferred
- Experience with Dental Software such as Dentrix Ascend is preferred
- Knowledge of Dental operations is preferred
- Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits is preferred
- Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
- Commitment to follow-through
