The Multi-Unit Manager at HAZA Group is tasked with ensuring that all of their Wendy's restaurants operate smoothly and efficiently

A Multi-Unit Manager position is open at Wendy's - a subsidiary of HAZA Group - and the ideal candidate should have at least three years of management experience related to multi-unit food service. In this position, the Multi-Unit Manager will manage the operations of five to seven high traffic Wendy's locations. The selected candidate should possess strong leadership, decision-making and analytical skills; the ability to multitask will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

The Multi-Unit Manager is accountable for supervising the operations, as directed by the Director of Area Operations (DAO):

  • Staffing each location with a strong team of employees who are trained in Wendy's brand standards is key to achieving success across each restaurant
  • Accurate and detailed record-keeping is crucial in monitoring and managing a budget
  • Maintaining strict vigilance over the food preparation and cooking process to conform to the safety guidelines
  • Identifying the appropriate candidates, regulating their responsibilities and duties, and applying penalties when necessary for general managers and staff members
  • The assigned stores must be visited frequently to ensure that the stores are always of high quality, and to assess the cleanliness and efficiency of store operations

Requirements

  • The preferred candidate should have prior experience specifically at Wendy's as a District Manager.
  • A proven track record in managing finances, staffing, evaluating customer opinions, guaranteeing food safety and leading customer-centric programs
  • This job position mandates the possession of an active driver's license that is in good condition and without any legal encumbrances
  • The availability to adjust your work schedule according to business requirements
  • In accordance with local laws, you must pass a background check before proceeding with this process
  • All candidates must have completed high school or the equivalent and submitted all necessary documentation as required by state and federal law.
  • Exhibited capacity to effectively guide and control teams in a fast-moving, ever-evolving setting
