Individuals must abide by the 4-5 day work schedule every week, with a typical workweek for this position being 25 hours. A job with reduced hours, or a part-time position, is often more flexible and entails working an average of 20-25 hours per week. Working in a warehouse entails a lot of physical exertion. Those who haven't worked in this kind of setting should keep in mind that they will be standing for approximately 90% to 95% of their working day.

Responsibilities:

• Transfer pallets and individual cases between trailers and storage areas, and also collect unused pallet boards for storage purposes
• The training and certification we offer will ensure that you are fully prepared to safely operate a forklift
• Two ways you can load a trailer are by employing carts or by stacking cases on the truck trailer floor
• Receive products and assist in the regular stock inventory process
• The cleaning staff will be provided with the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) to carry out their duties in a safe and hygienic manner
• The list of responsibilities may include tasks such as sweeping the floor, assisting in trailer cleaning, and disposing of waste
• To engage in this duty, an individual must have the capability to lift bulky items ranging from 15 to 50 pounds

Working Conditions:

Frito-Lay's manufacturing hubs stand out for their vast expanse and high volume levels. While we endeavor to ensure that everyone feels at ease, we have limitations in our capacity to adjust the temperature in our warehouses. There is a correlation between the weather and working conditions within an indoor warehouse.

Requirements:

• The number 18 signifies the threshold of adulthood in most countries
• Working outside regular hours, including weekends and holidays, is mandatory for this job
• Between 15 to 50 pounds of weight can be lifted with or without an appropriate adjustment
• You can maintain a standing position and move around for prolonged periods, whether or not reasonable accommodation is essential
• It is within your capabilities to perform tasks that necessitate extended periods of stooping, stretching, climbing, kneeling, reaching, and climbing, with or without reasonable accommodations
